a deformable kinetic surface that uses pattern design & strategically placed solenoids to simulate movement regardless of the surface material used. microcontrollers control arrays of electromagnets, which dynamically attract or repulse permanent magnets on the flexible outer surface to create physical motion patterns. see also reactive wall panel.
