an architectural installation that visually aims to represent the flow & activity of individuals in real-time through subtle changes of light. data is gathered from motion detectors & infrared sensors, which in turn influence the dimmers of a light array to create optical illusions of colorful shadows in the common space of an elevator lobby. subtle changes in mood are generated by various combinations of cool & warm light, while a sculptural relief wall piece provokes simple optical illusions of depth & color.
