leddisplayclothing.jpgseveral projects that demonstrate the usage of LED lights & microcontrollers embedded in clothing to be used as wearable display. a tank top contains 84 LEDs, a microcontroller & battery, sewn with conductive thread to create a wearable LED matrix display. another project shows a denim patch with LED matrix that can be snapped onto a T-shirt or any other item of clothing that has been modified to power the display. currently, the displays seem to show a demonstration of the Game of Life cellular automata rules. a do-it-yourself tutorial is included. see also fuse wearable display, wearable wifi display & public fashion.
