a map of the 'black holes' of the World Wide Web, created by the "Reporters without Borders" organization, illustrating the countries that do not provide free access to the Internet information (i.e. Belarus, Birma, China, Cuba, Egypt, Iran, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan & Vietnam).

I wouldn't consider this a "map of internet access" as the green lines don't really represent anything. The green lines appear to be actually misinformation. To be accurate shouldn't they have just put green countries and black countries?
while it's true the green lines don't represent what they seem to, they do make the poster more *interesting*, and illustrate the interconnected relationship most people share. they're not a precise representation of something per se, but they get the point across. I like the poster as it is.
EVERY country in the world has 'Black Holes' EVERY country censors its media/internet.
that is right... free the world - suction style ... a joke, you would think ... and calling themselves reporters without the borders ... ... wow, must be the age of no borders ... and check out the term they invented "internet black holes" ... how catchy ...
go RWB, liberators of humanity ... free those poor b....rds ... teach them the languge of us, free thinking people ...
how the hell are we going to deal with our own problems once we run out of those black hole, evil-x etc. countries...
ps. please help
