What is with the aversion to question marks with these people?

This is just plain genius.

I liked the first one; I thought they could have used a different background element perhaps, but really it worked so well... the second one, I found to be less inspired; less movement and visual interest, in my humble opinion.

Indeed, genius... I also like the first one better.
