a Waffle House grill cook's cheat sheet that illustrates the way in which a cook marks his orders. for instance, an order consisting of 3 scrambled eggs, dry wheat toast, & hash browns corresponds to following actions: the cook would take a large dinner plate, turn it sideways, & place a tub of jelly upside down at the 6 o'clock position. the 6 o'clock position indicates scrambled eggs, & the jelly upside down means wheat toast.
