an online map of the National Gruntledness Index (NGI) of over 200 cities in the US. gruntledness is the technical word for "career satisfaction", measured daily by an internal algorithm from careerbuilder. this formula takes into account job postings, resume postings, job searches & so-called PGI ("Personal" Gruntledness Index) test results.

This is really cool - I like to see how the different professions in my area measure up to one another. The PGI survey is also really neat, you can get your personal score to see where you fit in on the national level. The PGI is a separate tab at the bottom of the page!
