an online data visualization interface representing the topics that appear in Freebase, an open, shared database of the world's knowledge. the left frame displays an interactive visual representation of the Freebase contents & its semantic relationships in the form of a network graph.
each node in the graph, represented as an icon depending on the topic type, stands for a separate Freebase topic. the interactive graph was developed using Thinkmap, well known from its Visual Thesaurus. the right frame displays the corresponding textual description of the topic in Freebase.
