a physical map representing the values for the 5 water footprint components per capita of 132 countries. symbols of different sizes (heights?) placed within a geographical world diagram, based on a hexagonal grid, denote a quantifiable value. the grid metaphor of "1 country = 1 inhabitant = 1 unit grid" is used to avoid overlapping & differences in visual densities.
