It is this time of year again. Graphic designer Nicholas Feltron, well known from the infographic story "We Tell Stories", the data-tracking service Daytum and his yearly personal annual reports of 2007, 2006 and 2005, has finally released the 2008 version [feltron.com]. From his travel activities to an intriguing event somewhere in September 2008 when the Secret Service visited his office (?!), his life is visualized in form of graphs, quotes and a full-blown atlas map.
Not sure how he accomplishes the data gathering: continuously running around with a GPS watch, dedicated notebook, well-detailed diary, listening only to web radio and tracking a home weather station? Or just making it all up?
UPDATE: I forgot to add it to my post, but those interested should also check out an alternative infographic year report at Very Small Array.
