Excellent and fun little animation, but terrible on two aspects - it doesn't explain that Spongebob is going to be on MTV, and the fact that Spongebob is on MTV dominating it in "marathons" and the like shows how totally off their original programming MTV has become.
You know what would be great? A television channel that showed nothing but music videos and music industry news, 24-hours a day. How come nobody's ever done that?

so are you bitchin' about MTV or the spot? I like it - and if you need an explanation - then this spot is not for you. (i.e. you might no longer be part of the mtv audience and too old!)
