awesome project! actually there was a similiar one called 'stuendlich' starting january 1, 2000 by klaus gigga, sven nieder, stefan schrills and eileen fell. they photographed themselves every hour for 365 days. nice one, too.
i think the most famous work of this kind has been done by FRIEDL KUBELKA. she photographed her daughter each monday from age 0 - 16. examples can be found here.
