100 Years of World Cuisine [100yearsofworldcuisine.com] represents 38 million deaths from 25 conflicts in an artistic way. The artists, Clara Kayser-Bril, Nicolas Kayser-Bril and Marion Kotlarski, explicitly wanted to associate a "shocking, gory picture, like the reality of war" to these statistical numbers, a "context, like a scale on which we could visualize each conflict next to the others."

The result? A lot of fake blood purposefully staged on a large dining table...

Terrible. Gives you no context whatsoever and is impossible to understand or even follow.
