an visual search assistant that allows for intuitive exploration of popular online databases, including Amazon, Ebay, Flickr or YouTube. all search results are ordered as a "grid", "stack", "pile" or "list" through which users can browse & store favorites in a personal folder. in addition, a simple scatterplot representation depicts the results in terms of popularity & price (Amazon), price versus duration (Ebay) & ranking versus date (YouTube).
